Shipping Charges
•    Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India.
•    Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry an additional ₹100 charge.
•    The ₹100 COD charge is non-refundable in case of returns.

Dispatch & Delivery Timeline
•    Orders are usually dispatched within 10 days of ordering (as each piece goes through careful finishing).
•    Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–4 working days through our trusted courier partners.
•    Every product passes through a final quality check, hygiene check, tagging, and secure packaging before being shipped.

Order Tracking
•    A tracking ID will be shared on your registered email ID or via SMS once the order is ready for dispatch.
•    You can track the shipment status through the courier partner’s link provided in the message.
•    Please ensure your phone number and email are correct at checkout to receive timely updates.

Delivery Address
•    Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
•    For changes in delivery details, please email us at byelaiya@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

•    Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD service being barred for future orders without prior intimation.
