At Elaiya, every piece is handcrafted with care. We hope you love your purchase, but in case you need support, here’s our clear policy:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
• Request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Contact us at byelaiya@gmail.com with your order number + reason for return or fill the form given below.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags & packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Sale/clearance/final sale items are not eligible (unless defective).
• If return/exchange is for personal reasons (size, change of mind), a return shipping charge of ₹100 will apply.

Defective or Damaged Items
• Incorrect product received → we will replace or refund full invoice value.
• Shipment damaged/torn → refuse delivery & contact support immediately.
• Manufacturing defect → must provide clear unboxing video/photos.
• Refunds begin only after product is returned & validated.
• Refund issued within 3–5 working days once approved.
• If not eligible, product will be sent back to customer.
• Return issue closed within 7 days of receiving package.

General Chikankari Guidelines
• Handcrafted Nature → Minor variations in stitches, motifs, or threads are natural, not defects.
• Threads on Reverse Side → Longer threads are part of authentic Chikankari, not eligible for exchange.
• One-of-a-Kind → Every piece is unique, small dissimilarities are signs of handwork.
• Only genuine defects or incorrect deliveries qualify for exchange.

Size Exchange
• Request within 3 days of delivery .
• Exchange available only once per order.
• Item must pass quality check before replacement is dispatched.

• Accepted only if product is damaged or defective.
• Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
