At Elaiya, every piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Below is everything you need to know about how your order is processed and delivered.

Shipping Charges

  • All prepaid orders are shipped free of cost, with no additional shipping charges.

  • A Cash on Delivery (COD) charge of ₹70 applies to all COD orders.

  • Please note that the ₹70 COD charge is non-refundable in case of returns.

Dispatch and Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 10 days of order confirmation, as each piece undergoes careful finishing and inspection.

  • Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 4 working days, depending on your location and courier partner.

  • Before shipping, every product goes through a final quality check, hygiene check, proper tagging, and secure packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking ID will be shared via your registered email ID or SMS once your order is dispatched.

  • You can monitor the shipment status using the courier partner’s tracking link provided in the message.

  • Please ensure that your email address and phone number are accurate at checkout to receive timely updates.

Delivery Address

  • Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.

  • If you need to make changes to the delivery details, please email byelaiya@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • A ₹70 COD fee applies and is non-refundable in the event of returns.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD service being disabled for future orders, without prior notice.
