Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Return or refund requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

A valid proof of purchase is required.

Sale, clearance, and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless the product is defective.

For returns initiated due to personal reasons such as size issues or change of mind, a return shipping fee of ₹100 will be applicable.
Defective or Damaged Products

If an incorrect product is delivered, we will provide a replacement or a full refund of the invoice value.

In case the shipment is damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and inform our support team immediately.

For manufacturing defects, clear unboxing videos or photographs must be shared as evidence.

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and successfully verified.

Once approved, refunds are initiated within 3 to 5 working days.

If the product does not qualify for return or refund, it will be sent back to the customer.

All return and refund cases are closed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
General Chikankari Guidelines

Handcrafted Nature: Minor variations in stitches, motifs, or threads are natural characteristics of handcrafted Chikankari and are not considered defects.

Reverse Side Threads: Longer threads on the reverse side are part of authentic Chikankari workmanship and are not eligible for return or refund.

Uniqueness of Each Piece: Every garment is one of a kind. Slight variations reflect genuine handcrafting.

Only genuine defects or incorrect deliveries qualify for return or refund.
Size-Related Returns

Size-related return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

The product must pass a quality inspection before the return or refund is approved.
Exceptions

Returns and refunds are accepted only for damaged or defective products.

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
